The cult segment intended for v0.12 is now included, getting the trophy from the Read Estate after completing it now functions as intended, plus a few other bits and bobs. For more information on development as it happens, visit the development blog.

Edit: A handful of bugs were identified after the initial release. Progression is not affected, but v0.13 has been pre-patched and re-uploaded. The following is a full list of the issues that have been resolved in the re-upload:

Added the missing Estate Info entry for Trophy 25.
Added a bugfix feature for Trophy 25 to the trophy room; the entry is added on viewing it there.
Added a similar bugfix feature for Trophy 24 to the trophy room to fix a typo in Trophy 24’s entry.
Added a bugfix feature to complete Mysterious Murder on accessing the Bancroft fast travel.
Fixed a bug that locked the game when entering Diana’s home after segment completion.
Fixed a bug that kept doors locked in Magach that should unlock after segment completion.
Fixed a bug with the Nithercott headstone that took Silcrow instead of Headstone Material.
Fixed a bug that caused some things in Vicky’s room to have incorrect interaction dialogue.
Updated Lalita’s hidden attic to move the player left after the “big empty map” message.
Updated the Silcrow Payout to correctly count Trophy 24 and Trophy 25.
Updated the end of the Bancroft Estate segment to correctly complete the associated quest.
Updated a player direction event to not run if still not triggered after segment completion.

Added the next main story segment - a murder mystery at the Bancroft Estate. Including: 
- Two new areas to explore - the Bancroft Estate and the village of Magach.
- Five new scenes for a new mother available as part of the story.
- A new trophy, awarded for correctly solving the mystery without Phoebe’s help.
